The Swap Shop has been a great place to buy some power tools. These tools have been a great purchase, the quality of tool has been superior and not a tool that has been worn out, the pricing has been very fair. They have also bought some items from me as well, I was very pleased in the offer they valued my items for. Highly recommend.

Can't recommend this shop enough! Been going here since they opened and always have a good experience. The guys working here are friendly and very knowledgeable - guns, gold, games - you name it! They're always out to make the best deal with you, truly putting the customer first!

Highly recommend! Nice little shop with a variety of items. Love going in and checking out the Pokemon cards, they are always adding more cards to their inventory. Great place to buy/sell/trade.

You never know what treasures you will find stepping into this store. The stock often changes so I frequent there regularly. The friendly owners gave me a fair value on items I had for sale. Im glad we have such a unique store in this "Walmart" city.

Me and my husband have sold a few things to them. They gave us a great price! They don’t low ball people like most pawnshops. They are a very friendly and engage with their customers when they walk in. Their place is clean and organized unlike most pawnshops! They are willing to help and answer any questions you might have. Highly recommend!

I am thoroughly impressed with The Swap Shop. The first time I walked in, I was greeted by the owners who are both very friendly and professional. As their name implies, their shop is filled with an impressive variety of things to buy...and none of it is junk! While other shops tend to look more like a perpetual garage sale, The Swap Shop is a proper store with quality inventory and surprisingly low prices. My first purchase was a carrying case for which I would have had to pay double to buy first-hand, and it was new in the box! The people working there are very friendly and they know what they're talking about, and I appreciate that. I'll be a regular customer for the forseeable future.

I have bought several items from them. I also sold some items to them and was very happy with the price they paid.
I have always been very happy with everything I have done with them. They are honest and knowledgeable.
I would highly recommend that the first place you visit to buy or sale is The Swap Shop. They are the best in the area.

I visited The Swap Shop today for the first time, and I'm so glad I did! The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and the shop is nicely organized and clean. I was very pleased with the amount I received for some scrap silver jewelry. I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend them.

You won't BELIEVE what all this place has... For a small shop, there's an incredible variety of stuff that you just won't find anywhere else. Took a few items in there to sell, and was able to trade out for something I've been looking for for YEARS! Outstanding service!

Gabe was great! Walked in with Vintage cookie jars and walked out with cash!! They have a set of taxidermy squirrels that are the greatest. They have something for everyone! Go check them out!!

I was very surprised with the video game selection in The Swap Shop. It seemed the more I looked the more I found (or was pointed to). The games were fairly well organized and priced, which is something I'm not used to in places like this. It's clear they know games and put forth the effort to appeal to people like me who are shopping for them.

Me and my wife went in there last week and to sell some things and to see what they had and they did not disappoint. The employees there were very friendly and went above and beyond for us giving us the best deals possible. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality pawn shop in the Frankfort area!
