The best IVs for Fee are +Spd and -Def. Boosting Spd improves her already high Spd stat and allows her to keep up with the fastest metagame units, which is necessary due to her lack of unique skills.
Fee's physical bulk is atrocious with her low base HP of 37 and base Def of 26. Either of these can be safely taken as a bane.
+Spd for a +10 Merge
We recommend +Spd when merging Fee up to +10 to ensure she remains as relevant as possible by outspeeding her foes.

Fee is a close physical attacker (range = 1). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Def stat.
Fee Strengths
Protection Edge+ grants Atk/Def bonuses and a Guard effect
Fee's inheritable Protection Edge+ grants Atk/Def+5 during combat and slows down her foe's Special charges.
The condition to trigger these effects is quite generous as well, requiring an ally to be within 3 spaces of Fee while in combat.
This is a simple, but effective weapon, and is easy to activate too.
Fee Weaknesses
Lack of Unique Skills
Fee suffers from not having any unique skills to call her own, making her unable to stand out amongst other units.
Sword flier units are quite abundant in the game, and lacking an exclusive weapon makes Fee replaceable by better units.
Weak to Bows
As a flying unit, Fee takes 1.5x damage from bows and weapons effective on flying units. Be sure to keep them out of the range of archers and leave them to other units.
